HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited USA PATRIOT Act Certification

According to the USA PATRIOT Act (Public Law No. 107-56) and final rules issued by the U.S. Department of Treasury, a U.S. Bank or a U.S. Broker-Dealer in securities (a “Covered Financial Institution”) is required to obtain certain information from “Foreign Banks” for which it maintains correspondent accounts in the United States.
