Application period for the programme is now closed
Programme start: September 2019
Structured rotations within HSBC’s global network provide local and international experience. A customized rotation schedule is created for each graduate trainee which will see the graduate occupy several roles within a specific global business or function.
Our Graduate Development Programme offers international exposure through a series of leadership training. Graduates also receive the support and guidance of a mentor who will assist them in preparing customised development plans. These plans build on the capabilities required for the successful completion of the programme.
Graduate trainees will be provided the opportunity to build technical knowledge through continued learning. This will occur via business specific courses and supported professional qualifications.
*Previous work experience with HSBC via one of its student programmes is considered an asset.
